8月份16日,伴跟隨“同力號(hao)”盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)法機(ji)刀盤晃動的(de)(de)巨響聲,紅山(shan)路(lu)上站(zhan)~紅山(shan)新陳站(zhan)區域左線盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)法鐵路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)變現順當洞(dong)通(tong)。該區域域是(shi)9號(hao)線TA01標段首條(tiao)單(dan)線洞(dong)通(tong)的(de)(de)鐵路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),也標制著本標段公里數碑(bei)性(xing)主要頂點(dian)達到重要挑戰,是(shi)9號(hao)線網(wang)站(zhan)建設近些年(nian)第(di)5條(tiao)洞(dong)通(tong)的(de)(de)區域鐵路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)。
紅(hong)坡路站(zhan)~紅(hong)山都市(shi)站(zhan)時間間隔(ge)左線(xian)按(an)照(zhao)蘇州(zhou)本地客(ke)戶吉林(lin)省產品國(guo)際(ji)工(gong)廠(chang)有(you)限責(ze)任工(gong)廠(chang)已(yi)有(you)的(de)“同(tong)力號”管片機(ji)掘進的(de)。管片從9號線(xian)紅(hong)山路上(shang)站(zhan)始(shi)發站(zhan),至六(liu)號線(xian)紅(hong)山都市(shi)站(zhan)接收(shou)入,主跨994.357m,成“V”型(xing),最大化縱坡28‰,較大垂直面曲線(xian)方(fang)程的(de)半徑(jing)315m。
紅(hong)~紅(hong)范圍大部分經過③-3b1-2粉(fen)質輕粘土、δ-0殘積土、δ-1全凍脹(zhang)層(ceng)閃(shan)長(chang)玢(bin)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)、δ-2強凍脹(zhang)層(ceng)閃(shan)長(chang)玢(bin)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)、δ-3a經過破碎(sui)狀中(zhong)(zhong)凍脹(zhang)層(ceng)閃(shan)長(chang)玢(bin)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)和δ-3中(zhong)(zhong)凍脹(zhang)層(ceng)閃(shan)長(chang)玢(bin)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)層(ceng),應(ying)屬(shu)于基本特征的上軟下硬挽回土層(ceng)。掘進具體步(bu)驟(zou)中(zhong)(zhong)多少(shao)次工(gong)作順利(li)提(ti)交實現了(le)開倉換刀辦(ban)公;進行工(gong)字鋼拉結+深透(tou)注漿方(fang)案(an),工(gong)作順利(li)提(ti)交提(ti)交下穿在建項目地鐵(tie)口-6線紅(hong)~花范圍左線,下穿長(chang)短48m,下穿輕柔(rou)的凈距2.8m,并終結發往紅(hong)山(shan)名城站受到井。
